MCC - Continuing Education Opportunities

February 28, 2017 - MN Concrete Forum: Curing and Sealing - The Basics
Curing and sealing are different processes and are performed at different times in the life of concrete. Curing is a temperature and moisture control process that ensures proper development of the engineering properties of a concrete placement. Sealing, on the other hand, is a process in which compounds are applied to the surface of hardened concrete to reduce the penetration of contaminants into the concrete placement. Please join us on Tuesday, February 28th as Bill John with TCC Materials discusses the "When, Why’s, Best and Timing" of curing and sealing.
