Educate New Hires About Safety

CEO Corner

Dear Gary,

Here at our company, IMS Masonry, the root of our safety program is education. New hires are given an outline of our policies and every crew member they go to work with is expected to help mentor them. We have weekly topics we discuss in addition to our weekly safety meetings. We believe the worst enemy of safety is complacency, so we never stop training to maintain a constant safety awareness mentality.
