Event: Company Culture & Next Gen Leadership

The spotlight is on Company Culture, as companies compete to hire and retain the “best” employees, as well as develop and nurture the next generation of leaders.  But what is Company Culture?  How do we create the “right” Culture for our firm?  Must Culture change for our company to stay relevant? How do we develop our future leaders?

Firm Culture is a result of a firm’s history, values, principles, attitudes, and behaviors.  In short, it is the “Sum Expression of What Matters to the Senior Leaders of a Firm”.  How do we know what matters?  The answer is expressed in how clearly leaders model the shared values.  Where are they centered?  Where do they spend money?  Whom do they hire?  What do they reward?  What do they tolerate?
